The original owners of this place were great. Went back here this winter and nothing but problems. They gave us a spot #...nothing marked. Contacted them to figure out where to park. No response. Was supposed to be a secure storage but the gate was always open. Last straw....we were selling the trailer...were likely only needing the spot for 1 night...zero give on the monthly price. I highly recommend you go anywhere else.

We store our RV trailer at Mini Mall Storage. They have been exceptionally easy to deal with and their communications are clear and prompt. I especially like the secured gates and cameras to the facility that give a peace of mind that our trailer is safe.

We started renting with Mini Mall Storage when we sold our home in the GTA and rented in Ottawa while our new home was being built. We found Mini Mall Storage to be our most affordable option and they had a storage facility close to where we were moving up north. We rented 4 units and a parking spot to store all of our home's contents. We found the premise to always be clean and the security sufficient. I had good experiences with customer service also. They promptly answered the phone and any emails. We would recommend Mini Mall Storage - fair pricing and clean rental units with well-maintained premises.

My experience in 2023: I have revised my rating for this location back down again. Again, adequate service from their call centre is not matched by adequate service on-site. See my other post: I was locked out of the location for 24 hours with a loaded rental vehicle because the American call centre operators were not able to get the local operator to come and fix a broken gate system and could not tell me when he would come. Storage is a local service that 1800 operators can't provide; they only take your payment information. (The cost also had hidden fees btw so ask questions before committing.) I won't be giving them a 3rd chance. --- My experience later in 2021: After the confused earlier interactions with the company's call centre that I described below, an employee with more authority got back to me promptly and corrected the errors. Responding to a problem by figuring things out and acting accountably gets full points from me and I'm reassure by the explanation they were able to provide about the security of my payment info. I'm a happy customer again. ----- My experience at the start of 2021: Since the 2020 change in ownership, it's hard to tell whether this is a legitimate business anymore. In an email, one employee renewed my winter storage but when I called to confirm, a call centre voice said they'd have to call me back. When someone else did, they said they had no record of my reservation. When I went to take possession today, the unit was unfinished -- inaccessible for my car-- and the call centre said they again had no record of me. They also said they don't have a record of the garage I rented; I sent them a picture. They again said someone would get back to me but could not say when. I am worried about having provided my credit card information. I will update this post if they sort this out.
