Mini Mall Storage in Almonte has been sufficient for our storage needs. The units are accessible, and availability has consistently met the demands of those looking for storage solutions in a timely manner.
That said, my 3-star rating reflects the pricing. When we first signed up, the monthly fee was $120. Over the course of two years, that amount gradually climbed to $222 per month. Price increases came almost monthly, often accompanied by generic email explanations that felt more frustrating than informative.
Meanwhile, basic facility maintenance was lacking—for example, the gate had not been operational for over six months. It’s hard to accept such frequent rate hikes when essential features aren't being maintained.
If you're in need of a storage unit, Mini Mall can serve the purpose, but be aware of the ongoing price increases and limited attention to upkeep.

Amazing service from Gagam in the office to Rachel and Zach over the phone…the call center peeps in Texas were also very friendly and helpful - storage locker is clean and safe! So far a ***** star rating!
